Hublish sample

Hublish is a font that The Hub uses as a decorative/headline type in a wide range of applications, from on-air navigation to business collateral. Hublish is recreated from FF Din (the latter being used in endcards for the air dates and times).

Differences from FF Din[]

  • The diagonals of the uppercase and lowercase K meet at the vertical.
  • The center vertex of the M is a bit higher than the original.
  • The lowercase a, m, n, r, and u have triangular spurs.
  • The lowercase a is a single-story with a bottom spur.
  • The b, d, g, p, and q have no spurs.
  • The descender of the g is shorter, making it in the shape of a small j.
  • The diagonal strokes of the lowercase k and x have a diagonal end rather than horizontal.
  • The 1 has the same shape as the capital I.
  • The top of the 7 has no serif.
  • The dots in the ! and ? are in the shape of the Hub logo.
